Job Description
Keep an office of 200 people working: laptops, accounts, network and printers. What you will do • Answer support tickets on site and remotely • Set up laptops, accounts and access for new joiners • Look after Microsoft 365, Wi-Fi and printers • Keep an up-to-date record of IT equipment What we look for • 2 years or more in desktop or IT support • Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic networking • CompTIA A+ or similar is an advantage
